It took me several times of Karen doing my daughter’s hair before finding the original source of the head lice. It ended up my daughter placed her gym towel on top of another child’s towel. Since recognizing the source and making changes in keeping her own items separate from others my daughter has been head lice free. BM

Last year my daughter came home with lice. I WAS DEVASTATED!!!!! I called Karen and the problem was solved quickly and Karen eased my mind and my nerves. Some friends laughed at my GRIEF at the time. Well some of their children have now had the lice experience and they are calling me because now they really know ..... My daughter brought the friendly critters home from school and before we knew it, 3 of the 4 us had them too. Having never experienced this before, I can now sympathize with anyone who has gone through this or will one day. If you ever do, I would highly recommend calling Karen. She came the same day I called her and certainly reduced my anxiety immediately. She helped go through my family's hair, provided us with alot of good information, reduced my stress, and even called us a couple of times after that to see how things were going. She was my saviour.
